Congratulations on booking your wedding or event at this exceptional venue! ‘We Perform’ has collaborated with Maria Ruiz and her team for over ten years, proudly fostering a fantastic working relationship.
If you’ve chosen an Event Package at The Best Western Connaught Hotel, a disco from 7:30 PM to midnight is included in your package. If you would like us to start earlier than this please email us to discuss pricing.
To book your disco, please complete the booking form below and select ‘The Connaught Hotel’ from the Venue List. We will then send you an email with an e-contract for you to sign, which outlines our services. This contract is directly with you, and signing it will confirm your booking.
There is no booking fee for your event because our disco fee is covered within your event package with The Best Western Connaught Hotel.
Once you’ve signed the e-contract, you’ll receive a login for our website, where you can submit your ‘Top 50 Song List’ and any comments for your DJ. This list will help us tailor the music to your preferences throughout the evening. You can also specify songs you don’t want played by including them in the ‘Do Not Play’ section.
